Peopleworks, Inc., will provide you with complete representation from the moment you receive a notice or telephone call from the Internal Revenue Service or State Tax Department. Your audit will be performed or supervised by a CPA with 30 years of tax experience.
Representation includes:
- Responding to all communication from the Internal Revenue or State Tax Department throughout the audit.
- Developing a strategy with you for the audit.
- All meetings with federal or state agents.
- Concluding the audit.
- Advising you on how to avoid another audit.
Exclusions:
- Coverage is available for individuals only. Coverage is not available for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, Trusts, etc.
- If you have received written or oral notification of an audit prior to your subscription date, that audit is excluded from coverage.
